As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and elevate the travel experience for our valued customers, Kuwait Airways is proud to introduce a new premium service under the name Elite.

This service is a comprehensive package of exclusive ​amenities and personalized assistance designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for our passengers during both departure and arrival journeys. This initiative reflects our continuous commitment to improving the quality of our services, meeting the growing expectations of our customers, and delivering a truly exceptional travel experience.

Here is a brief summary of this service :

  • Elite service package is designed for each class.
  • The Kuwait Airways Maraheb services section will be offering this service.
  • Passengers must book this service through the Kuwait Airways website and mobile app only, with a maximum of 72 hours and a minimum of 48 hours before the flight
  • Any modifications on the service should be done prior to 48 hours before flight time.

The Elite Service Includes:

Elite service package for Royal Class:

  • Meet-and-assist service in departure and arrival.
  • Transporting the passenger to/from the aircraft by a private vehicle in case of remote boarding gate.

Elite service package for Business Class:

  • Home check-in service.
  • Meet-and-assist service in departure and arrival.
  • Access to the Elite Lounge in departure.
  • Transporting the passenger to/from the aircraft by a private vehicle in case of remote boarding gate.

Elite service package for Economy Class:

  • Home check-in service.
  • Meet-and-assist service in departure and arrival.
  • Access to the Elite Lounge in departure.
  • Limousine service to transport the passenger from / to the airport.
  • Transporting the passenger to/from the aircraft by a private vehicle in case of remote boarding gate.

Please note that:

  • Home check-in service 24 hours prior to the flight
  • Limousine service to transport the passenger to the airport before 3 hours from flight time

Terms and conditions :

  • This document sets out the terms and conditions on which Kuwait Airways will be provided in Kuwait for all passengers traveling on a KU flight at Kuwait International Airport - Terminal 4.
  • Kuwait Airways shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of baggage under any circumstances, nor for any damage to fragile, valuable, or perishable items contained in the baggage, unless such loss or damage is a direct result of Kuwait Airways' negligence
  • Customer have to book the service in the Kuwait Airways website (https://www.kuwaitairways.com/) 72 hours – 48 hours minimum before the flight time in Kuwait. Provide the full address details, location and contact information and KAC shall not be responsible for delay due any mistakes in delivery address or wrong location.
  • Charges applicable will be based on published tariff and are non-refundable.
  • In the event that any part, clause, or provision of this document is deemed unlawful, void, or in conflict with any applicable law of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services here under shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait
