Our story began in 1954, when we first started to link Kuwait with the rest of the region. We quickly expanded our routes over the next 65 years and today – as Kuwait’s national carrier – we serve many of the world’s key trade destinations.

Welcome to T4

The recently opened Terminal 4 at Kuwait International Airport is dedicated exclusively to Kuwait Airways. This allows us to optimize the onground experience of our passengers by controlling every aspect of their pre-boarding and boarding travel. We’ve streamlined the check-in process and enabled a smoother overall experience, especially when transferring flights.

Baggage

Travelling made easier means flexibility in packing, as well. We offer our Economy Class passengers a generous checked allowance of two 23-kg pieces. As for our Business and First Class passengers, we offer two 32-kg pieces as well as a premium area where they can check-in.

Lounges

Our departure lounges give passengers their first exposure to the luxury and service that awaits them in the air. We welcome our Royal and First-class passengers to enjoy our luxurious Elite lounge. First and Business Class passengers can avail themselves of our well-appointed Bayan Lounge. Our premium Mubarkiya Lounge features spacious seats, an international buffet, and a business office. Connecting passengers will appreciate our Transit Lounge, with its relaxing atmosphere and unique amenities.

Our dedicated Maraheb agents provide exclusive meet & greet services for those passengers desiring a faster path through their arrival and departure process. Trained concierges ensure that passengers arrive pleasantly and ready to enjoy their trip.

Royal & First Class

Our Royal Class is only available on our flagship B777 aircraft. Uncompromising luxury is what best distinguishes our premier level of service. In addition to offering a level of privacy unique in Kuwait, we provide an array of personal touches that redefine hospitality, beginning with coffee and dates to welcome you on-board. Passengers can choose from a variety of global cuisines. Our extensive Inflight Entertainment options are tailored to entertain, inform and delight.

Business Class

Our Business Class is designed around the belief that we have a special obligation to deliver our passengers to their destination with a renewed sense of energy and an enhanced state of mind. Our services permit passengers to unwind the senses and relax the body through an extensive selection of delicious Kuwait-style meal options and international in-flight entertainment. Lie-flat options permit total comfort and relaxation during the flight.

Economy Class

We believe Economy Class is an opportunity for us to offer our passengers more – not less. Entertainment and food options are fully customizable. There’s more space, and as a result, much more comfort, both between seats and next to you. Our award winning Premium Economy seats on our flagship B777 aircraft offer extra legroom for more comfort during the flight.
